The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process swift and even offering a complimentary coffee. The restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and the food was superb. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel allowed for easy access to and from the airport, with a maximum travel time of around 45 minutes.
Access to the hotel and security procedures for luggage were a bit weird and complicated. The design of the entrance was not very welcoming and warm.
